What is Hobo Joe?
A relative or close friend who is' homeless' and or jobless due to constant exotic travel to foreign destinations.

What does "Hobo Joe" mean?
A small balding man in his 40's with a handlebar moustache. He is known to hold meaningless jobs (i.e. pumping shit out of porta-johns).
Look at the guy traveling in that pick-up truck with the davelin camper on the back. He is Hobo Joe.
Hobo Joe - what does it mean?
A fictional homeless man who lives in the sewers under my old elementary school, we would pray and leave offerings for Hobo Joe when we were in the 3rd grade. Hobo Joe moves from school to school and state to state currently he is on the move again and should be far past Washington by now, make sure to check your local sewers to see if he drops by.
John - I heard about Hobo Joe from my friend from another school
