HENTAI KAMEN - what is it?
1. Japanese for "Masked pervert." Literally "Perverted Super Hero." It usually refers to a person wearing panties on his head and taking off his clothes to fight crimes and saves the world.
2. He is one of the character of a popular comedy manga(Comic) "Kyukyoku!! Hentai Kamen" (Ultimate!! Pervert Mask), which was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump in the 1990s, has been adapted into a live-action film.
