the equivalent of saying "catch up" or "acquaint yourself". taken from Wayne's World, when Wayne tells his delusional ex girlfriend to "get the net"

An exclamation that a person is crazy and that a net is needed in order to capture them. This quote is from Wayne Campbell's Gun Rack speech in the 1992 Film Wayne's World following the rhetorical question "Are you mental?".
Stacy: You don't like it? Fine. You know Wayne, if you're not careful, you're going to lose me.
Wayne Campbell: I lost you 2 months ago. We broke up. Are you mental? Get the net!
