When one or more old people push a shopping cart in your way at a grocery store blocking you from passing.
I almost made it to the milk but I was geritol blocked by grandma.

Geritol - what is it?
A woman, usually older (hence the "geritol"), who is not happy unless she is complaining about something or someone.
I am so sick of that geritol prozac queen's constant complaining. Someone knock her out!
What does "Geritol" mean?
1) People in their 30's and 40's used to refer to themselves as 'having a geritol moment' after the vitamin supplement marketed to elderly people-implying that one isn't young and stupid, but feeling old and stupid in the face of new and previously unfamiliar developments-like new computers, cellphones, and any other new realities...we should re-popularize the 'geritol moment' phrase...as it may catch on with even much younger people in the future when new major technological developments will begin emerge around the world every 72 hours...I wasn't the first person under 50 to have a 'geritol moment' and I'm sure I won't be the last to feel confounded, confused, and exhausted, in this rather perplexing day and age of rapidly changing trends and quickly emerging developments.
2) It could also be used to refer to how one functions without an enabling object, such as not recognizing a friend on the street or being able to read a text-message without contact lenses or glasses.
3) And by now we can also refer to our older smart-tech devices as having geritol moments of their own when they become worn out or when their batteries are losing power.

a moment in time where your brain fades and you cannot remember what you were saying, or cannot recall the meaning of something important. similar to a blond moment, but caused by age rather than hair color. sometimes occurs due to being impaired by weed, alcohol, or meds

Basically it would be the 'older' generation of folks that rely on "Geritol" vitamins to get around and stay healthy. Also known as "Blue Hairs", they can be seen hanging around casino's - usually drunk, reeking of smoke, and screaming at the bands that they are "too loud, turn it down!"

An incompetent driver, almost always elderly that creates an ongoing road hazard by doing 25 in the passing lane, failing to use signals, ignoring the fact that green lights mean go, and switching lanes or pulling out in front of you with no warning. Despite AARP's propaganda to the contrary, they are as dangerous, if not more so than teen drivers due to failing senses and bad reflexes yet they get massive insurance discounts due to "driving experience" as opposed to the actual risk they pose to other drivers

Senior citizens. Could be used affectionately, humorously, derisively, or simply as a matter of fact depending on the speaker's tone of voice and whether s/he is a senior citizen.
John, give the Geritol crowd a break when you get on the bus. Those "Priority Seating" signs are there for a reason. It's very difficult for a senior citizen who needs to get around to do, say, shopping, to sit down or get up if s/he has sciatica and is forced to sit in the back of the bus.
