A French train schedule is often marked delayed, or in French, retard. Someone who is a French train schedule, then, is a retard.

When about 5 people lie on the floor and wait for each other to fart, and when somebody actually farts everybody tries to suck it up. Usually performed after eating cheese and drinking unusual amounts of milk.
