What is Dookey-booty?

Dookey-booty, used usually in a game to replace "Dog water" or "This kid is TRASH". Dookey-booty means that someone is Free, Dog water, Dog shit, trash player, Bot, and that this kid's grandma is taking her clothes off distracting the player.
