What is Doing it like Hulk?
When a guy rams into a girl doggy style full trottle while pulling her hair and causing her back to arch in ecstasy, then yelling "HULK SMASH" and slamming his arms on her back with all his might.
Guy: You are not prepared for this!
Girl: What!?
Guy: HULK SMASH!
