What is Dog Shit Park?

Also known as "dog shit".
Dog Shit Park is a place where people bring their dogs for a walk, and where cool people drink beer and smoke pot. If you are really cool you might even get a spot on the bench. You also must add to the pile of beer caps infront of the bench when possible.
