What is Ceciltucky?
A term most often used to describe Cecil County, a county in Maryland. This term originated from the fact that they have a lot of Rednecks and Hillbillies.
"I went on vacation in Ceciltucky last summer, but everyone kept saying "ya'll", so I had to leave."
