term for Hispanic people that are, more often than not, illegal immigrants living in the United States.

All major phone carriers require a social security number unless you use a prepaid plan instead. This makes Boost Mobile a #1 choice for Hispanic people. Boost Mobiles also do not speak any English, if they do, they known enough to ask for a boost mobile plan, to let everyone know they can't speak it.
