v. the act of statements (blowing) going back to the speaker for explanation;
you may be called 'getting backblowed for your opinions on a social media platform when the senior management seeks an explanation for those opinions.
Sometimes, whistleblowers own opinions backblows at them
e.g. Tom was backblowed after a casual comment in organization's internal social media platform
