a 90 year old man who is alloted 5 minutes of tv time everyday on 60 minutes, where he's able to bitch and moan about the 1st thing that comes to mind. otherwise known as the possessor of the greatest job in the world.

I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror, and I had an Andy Rooney shooting out of my eyebrow that reached halfway up my forehead.
What does "Andy Rooney" mean?
A mean, cynical yet hilarious old man on "60 minutes". He does a commentary at the end but it's more like 5 minutes of an old grumpy man complaining...comic gold I'd say.
