What is AP Calculus AB?
A term used to refer to the victims within the US public school system who have witnessed the level of BS approach positive infinity as their will to live approaches zero (there is a hole where their soul used to be before enrolling in the class).

AP Calculus AB - what is it?
An advanced placement (AP) Calculus course taken in high school. This course features one semester of college level Calculus, while the next level available in highschool (Calculus BC) features 2 semesters of Calculus 1. Calculus AB is considered a simpler, less in-depth version of Calculus BC.

"No I decided to take AP calculus AB because I don't think I'm up to the challenge."
