This is basically an a tag in wich you put on a nickname on a webpage or a online videogame that represents Channel 4.

-YOU NEVER HEARD OF HIM?! He's like the best hacker known in human history with millions of people at his disposal!
-Really? And how do you know he has an army?
-Each user that has 4CH after their nickname are representing his group.
-Well, if he's an hacker and he has an army, he must be a really bad guy.
-It's quite the oposite my friend, 4CH are people of good and 4chan himself said he even uncovered that the Jewish people wanted to rule the world, and he with his army stopped global anihilation because the jews threatned to launch ICBMs onto Russia and the USA making them think it was one of them fighting eachother.
