What does "you're over" mean?
Term used to describe when someone has failed at something. Most commonly used during a video games. Not to be mistaken with the term Over. In order to properly pronounce the term "You're OVER", the word 'OVER' must be shouted loudly and with a gruff voice.
"Haha, get hit by another shell and you're OVER"
