A phrase that is usally used in the act of excitement. There is no define meaning, just to be used in the spur of the moment. Often used by a group of drunk teenagers.

A brotherhood that whips (drives fast) together in a specific form of transportation, specifically a golf cart. This gang is a brotherhood and extremely difficult to join.
