When someone is on one, being explosive, in the spotlight, having the time of their life, being embarrassing, drunk, aggressive, etc.
Basically anytime you look at someone and say wow, for any sort of reason
Kyle: Dude we were at the bar until 4am and then rolled more molly when we got home
AP: yaaaaaa safe to say that we were out
