Toots - what is it?
When a person knowingly talks good about their selves in front of people to show off or look like the better person. This is followed by someone saying "Toot Toot" and gesturing with their arm in a downward motion as if the arrogant talker is tooting their own horn.

The name "Tootsie" is short for Tutankhamen, the King of Egypt during the XVIII Dynast. The Tootsie Roll is also sometimes given the racist pseudonym "nigger-roll"- which is obviously horrible- however unknowingly accurate since the candy is already a euphemism for this.
