Yiddish expression for an Ass kisser, suck up, brownnoser. Not a compliment.
Tokhes (Yiddish): gluteus maximus, ass, butt
Lecher (Yiddish): A lecherous man.

That Goldman is always sucking up to the boss. He is such a tokhes lecher.
