Surprised pikachu meme is a really gay meme that is often used when a person gets irritated by someone on a sociable app to show that they are mentally depressed. Was created when a person watched one of the old gen pokémon animes and screenshotted it then spammed it everywhere. Is now overused pretty much everywhere.
