What is surburb?
A Human settlement 'above' suburb. Suburb with Significant Sustainable Improvement Factors (SSIFs) like maximum self-sufficiency and maximum local 'Governance' - the loftiest of Human activities - and, eventually, hopefully *SOON*, Surbutopia* or Surburbian* Utopia.
