What is superimportant?

Something that appears to be of great signficance to someone who is heavily inebriated, but which is in fact of no consequence whatsoever.

Drunk: "Oaaaa bartender!!!! Give me drink!!! I dropped my last one on the floor!!!"

Bartender: "No. You've had enough to drink already."

Drunk: "Oaaaaaaa f**king bitch!!!!"

(...5 minutes later...)

Drunk: "Oaaaa bartender! Give me drink! Its SUPERIMPORTANT!!!!!"
