What is superhuman?
Expecting somebody to be superhuman or make superhuman plays is unrealistic. If they're already special to many, why do they have to be superhuman to anyone?
Nobody has to try to be superhuman, life is not a comic book.

Superhuman - what is it?
Everyone has habits and traits that might tell us we are somewhat flawed beings. Then, we should remind each other that weaknesses are tied to personhood, that they don’t hold us back on reaching superhuman excellence.

What does "superhuman" mean?
Superhuman strength is the ability to perform feats of physical strength beyond that which is possible for even the strongest of humans or animals to achieve.
Superman can bend steel in his bare hands, do the work of several laborers in half the time, lift army tanks, shatter diamonds, smash through steel doors, leap the tallest of building in a single bound, and hurl planets out of orbit with his superhuman strength.
Vampires can lift dump trucks with ease with their superhuman strength.
Angels can lift a grown man off the ground and throw him across a room with their superhuman strength.
Superhuman - what does it mean?
When a wrestler, usually a babyface, no-sells his opponent's offense, usually after several minutes of being dominated. This tactic usually sets up the finish and victory by the face wrestler. The most well known example of this Hulk Hogan and recently John Cena.

Superhuman - meaning
The ability to have a better night sleep without sleeping more than usual.
This superpower gives you the ability to get a better night sleep without having to sleep any more. The process by which this superpower works is by replacing 80% of stage N2 sleep with slow-wave sleep and REM sleep (50% REM sleep, 50% slow-wave sleep). Enjoy! Good sleep has many great benefits. Have a better night sleep! Be well rested. Enjoy all the benefits of good sleep. Abusing this superpower by intentionally sleeping less than usual can have deadly consequences.

Why would somebody aim to be superhuman, when being who they are is special enough?
Superhuman isn't something anybody has to aim for, no matter how great someone else's expectations are.

To lift your right arm in the air above your head and take a picture. Inspired by the boyband ReConnected's original song Superhuman in which the boys raise their arms above their head during the chorus. Superhumaning has been described as 'the new planking'.
