What is super hate?

A hate from some one that hates everyone but hates that person more than everyone else.

Some Guy: I hate every one so much!
Bob: Don't say that.
Some Guy: I Super Hate you Bob.
Bob: Why?
Some Guy: Because I just do, alright.
