Smuged - what is it?
a.)A cross between Smudge and Splooge,Spluge,Splouge.
b.)A small amount of something, usually less than a teaspoon; because a teaspoon is generally the amount of ejaculate that comes from a mans penis.

What does "smuged" mean?
Commonly used in Eastern Areas of Scotland as a part of the Scottish Vernacular, used as a substitute for basic medicinal names (Like Lemsip) when light use of treatment is needed.
