Someone who can make you want to buy something.
alias: sales-man, seller, pitch-man, promoter.

Smoke blower - what is it?
Someone who figuratively blows smoke up your ass or otherwise talks about someone or something as though it were a big deal, when in fact it isnt.
Also, people who say they'll do something really big, but when it comes down to it, they are "just blowing smoke." Similar to a Sunshine Blower.
Tom: When I meet the president of our company, I'm really going to give him a piece of my mind!
John: Yeah, whatever dude you're just a Smoke Blower.
