What is secondary character?
(n.) A character in life that is not nearly as interesting as the primary characters. They are basically the human equivalent to background trees.
The boy was upset when he spoke to Sally and she didn't acknowledge him. Little did he know that no one even cared to remember his name because he was just a secondary character.
