What is scrubbo?

A scrubbo often refers to an Australian who does not shower, suffer from employment or income and who has not yet mastered the english language.

They commonly refer to passers-by as "cunts" and will ask for a dollar to catch a bus ride home or a ciggarette if you are seen smoking.
