What is salty nugget?
A sexual act in which a man has his partner shave his scrotum while blindfolded. His scrotum and penis is then smeared in butter, then heavily salted; after which, the couple has intercourse.
The Salty Nugget also refers to an obscene insult used by frycooks.
Partner 1: "Babe can you give me your Salty nuggets tonight?"
