when you fall out of a car, bike, etc., and scrape your balls on the floor

A rash around the ball sack region, causing itching and weeping, causing intense pain!! ARGH!!!
Man, my balls are so sweaty, I think they are sticking to my leg! I must have Hairy sack rash. Or "HSR" as its better known.
