What is riced out civic?
A small compact car usually driven by younger males, usually hispanic or asian. They think theyre fast, but stickers and a BIG@$$ spoiler wont give them any hp.
Guy 1: Yoooo I raced a guy in my riced out civic the other day and I just about gapped him
Guy 2: NICE! What was he driving?
