What is qualifier?
synonomous with "I just had sex" it comes from the song by The Lonely Island. Used to describe someone who, big surprise, just had sex.

Qualifier - what is it?
Tryna show off and get alot of attention with their watercraft. Might include adding underwater lights to a boat , adding a slide to a pontoon. A person whos car/boat/truck/ golf cart is worth more than his house.

Someone who believes they are qualified or an expert in a particular field because they have watched a large number of YouTube videos on the subject. Usually relating to automotive repairs but can apply to more advanced fields like rocket science or brain surgery (with less success!)
