What is pre-drop?

(n): the phrase or sound that is played right before the drop of a song, a drop sound is usually characteristic of a dubstep song.

Skrillex: Yo listen to my new song.
Rusko: Okay dude.
Skrillex: Yo listen to the pre-drop right before the drop.
