What is pixburgh?

Pixburgh is the equivalent of Pittsburgh. When Pittsburgh natives pronounce their city's name the combination of accent and the tendency to speak quickly create an "ix" sound where there should be an "itts".

It is often considered a word of Pittsburghese.
