An offering from a pianist male or female to invite someone over to fingerblast them.
An easy way to decode whether or not someone is using the sexual slang for piano lessons is to ask them how much they charge per hour, if the pianist says, "You don't have to pay me.", or implies that it is FREE of charge, they want you to fingerblast them.
"Anyone interested in some Piano Lessons, hmu! I'm FREE this weekend!"

"I'm home alone, Piano Lessons are FREE this weekend!"
