What is pasalubong?
Pasalubong is the Filipino tradition of a homecoming gift.
Pasalubongs are obligatory, and failing to bring some may result in you being stripped of your ear-rings, handbags, shoes, socks and clothes.
Are you bringing a pound of dried fish as Pasalubong again? Please bring bottles of perfume to bathe in also. Or you will have no more friends.
