What is panniculus?
As result of being super fat someones' stomach hangs anywhere from their genitals to their ankles. Grade 1 is the smallest - Grade 5 can be dragging on the floor.

Panniculus - what is it?
1. A flap of loose skin and/or fat that hangs from the waist, usually due to obesity, though pregnancy and/or repeated weight gain and loss can make the condition worse.
2. A metaphor for anything that impedes movement or performance.
