What is pancake surprise?

The act of glueing pancakes to your butt-cheeks and dipping them in mixture of semen and syrup then applying your pancakes to your victims face while twerking and shit on their face. This should surprise the target, while they are dazed, tie them to your radiator and sexually assult them.
