What is open container?
Buy the most expensive bottle of hard liquor or beer you can afford then find a someone else who has also been drinking copious amounts of alcohol and smash the bottle either on them or on their property while they are present. All the while yelling: "Open container bitch."
Brandon: "Why did you hit me with that bottle man? What the hell is wrong with you?"
Damon: "Open Container Bitch!"
