What is one percenter?
A Useful Idiot/Elitist Worshiper that worships the one percent, supports their economic goals including trickle down economics. Unlike a true member of the 1 Percent, a Honorary One Percenter doesn't have economic capital to truly be one hence his Honorary Status. A Honorary One Percenter can be corporatist, libertarian, or a conservative among other political demographics. What is required of one is their loyalty to the 1 percent and their plutocratic ideals. Including undermine the ability of the people to have a voice in a Representative Democracy

The percentile road traffic of entitled, middle-class, able-bodied narcissistic cyclists who manage to corrupt entire political systems.

One percenter - slang
It really can be anyone who has a mind not very commonplace at all. It can be groups of people who have an opinion so very rarely uttered, a group with IQs exceeding average levels, the rich folk who have enough wealth to influence our country, people who say words that the majority won't even understand or don't make any sort of sense, or even people who simply just have a mind of their own.
While granted this is not necessarily a bad thing all the time, it can be if you happen to be unintelligible, or just plain uncharismatic in general.

Person 2: You must be a one percenter...I agree however. Let me turn that to a two percent for ya dude.

2. Goods or services that are way more expensive than similar goods and services.
p.s. This keeps getting rejected, but I'm not making this term up. Search "One percenter" with quotes and more than half of the links refer to this usage. (but it's not on UD yet) You even accepted One Percenter Problem which is this used as an adjective. I took out the sample names used in my previous definition if that was a problem. (wasn't naming friends) Only using pronouns now, except Obama and Edwards who are celebs. Sorry about that.
As a noun:
1. Contrary to what some people think, Obama is a one percenter.
2. He dresses like a one percenter, but he's buried in debt.
3. Everyone in TF2 thinks I'm a one percenter because I have 6 god tier hats.

1. The iPhone 5 shortage is a one percenter problem.
2. Everyone gave John Edwards crap for his one percenter haircut, but most major politicians who still have hair spend at least that much.
One percenter
A member of an "outlaw" motorcycle gang. Origin is the American Motorcycle Associations assertion from the 1960s that 99% of motorcyclists are law abiding citizens.
The Hells Angels, Outlaws, Banditos, Pagans, Warlocks, etc. then adopted the idea that they were the 1%.
That 1%er just ran a light in front of a cop, and the cop acted like he wasn't there!
