what you call an old man driving slowly in front of you. If you take notice, usually they will have a hat on! They are usually in buicks or pick-up trucks. Also see gramps champs

Dirty old man whose whole life revolves around passing gas at work and growling uncontrollably at sumptous young women at the coffee shop.

An old coot is a foolish or eccentric person,a stupid fellow,a simpleton.
A coot is not only a stupid or dim wit of a person, it is also a bird. The coot (bird) has a black fethered back and could ether have a yellow, orange, or white beak
