What is off the air?
Anything our friend Billy would say at any time, at any place. But our better friend, Alex, fortunately has never had an "off the air" experience, but wishes to take this moment to give some examples of Billy moments:
"No no, my watch is broken, but I can tell the time anyway."

What does "off the air" mean?
A kick ass song that is by the dead kennedys. Also, a saying that has become quite popular.

Off the air - what does it mean?
1) Probably the song with the best lyrics ever written. Written by Jello Biafra (Eric Reed Boucher) and performed by his band, the Dead Kennedys.
2) A common exclamation of disgust.

Refers to a person or situation that is crazy. Perhaps on drugs. Originated in a small Oklahoma pool hall.
"I'm off the air. I'm going skinny dipping and it's thirty degrees outside"

A trippy show on Adult Swim that airs around 4 A.M consiting of animations and video clips that share a common theme. Mostly for people on LSD or other Psychedelics.

an interjection used when someone says something they should not. Anything unfunny, embarassing, or ignorant that renders the speaker particularly deserving of silence.
