What is not no?
"not no" is when you should probably say "no," know that you should say "no," but say "yes" any way. It is a "maybe" with a high probability of "yes."
A friend asks: "Do you want another shot of tequila?"
You answer: "not no"
A friend asks: "would you sleep with that stranger?"
You answer: "not no"
