What is newbuild?
adj. a british terminology referring to the 2020s cultural phenomenon describing the type of person who has a typical tendency to buy a new build house: that being a house that is incredibly overpriced for its size and quality. this type of person may be upper working class e.g the people on love island. A newbuild person may have a high propensity for turkey teeth and getting on sunbeds.
If male - doesn’t go a week without a skin fade and has at least one full sleeve of tattoos
If female - gets her lip filler topped up every few months and hasn’t been seen without a full face of makeup since she was 14
