What is lock back?This knot was discovered in the Lawn Care industry of western Pennsylvania for securing equipment on a trailer. The knot is comprised of three inter-locking loops to tighten the slack out of the line and two slip knots (know as the double back rocket) securing the locked loops. This is a very secure, but easy knot to untie when access to the secured object is needed frequently.
