What is jap speak?

1. A slang term for the Japanese language that may or may not be racist depending on who you ask.

2. to refer to hearing something you don't understand

I found an anime that looked pretty good but they didn't have it in English only in jap speak.
*someone mumbling* "wtf is that jap speak?"
