What is fucking headache?
Used to convey that you have, not just a headache but, a fucking headache by making a circle with the thumb and fingers of one hand then tapping your forehead through it with the index finger of your other hand.
“What’s the matter?”
*squinting in pain and tapping forehead through circled fingers*
“Fucking headache?”
*nodding*
