What is frelky?
Anything to do with frolicking in apple orchards to the sound of bands like the Grateful Dead, Phish, Steely Dan, etc. Smells like the hippie shop, wears patchwork skirts or corduroy pants with a panel sewn in for extra width. Wears mushroom jewelry. Might have dreads, if so bonus points for any beads worn.
Amanda was pretty frelky in college, she definitely preferred to trip on shrooms to the Dead over going to the club.
