What is filled to the rim?
state of being after excessive drinking for several days in a row, usually during holiday weekends; occurs just prior to recovery week (which lasts a maximum of 3 days in length); often used in conjunction with "spillin' over"
"Man, I don't think I can make it out tonight. I think I'm still filled to the rim..."
"I can't remember what happened last night. I was straight filled to the rim and spillin' over!"
