When you are drunk the night before and Super gung ho about plans the next day but when the next day comes you are not having it.
After 6 whiskeys we say "Let's brew beer tomorrow". Your Homey says "Drunk Ho", because you are both really excited tonight, but tomorrow you are not having it.
